You Can Help Us in Many Ways
Make a Donation
All donations, large and small, are always most welcome, always spent totally on the home and always appreciated by the residents, staff and trustess.
If you are a tax payer, there is the opportunity to donate using GIFT AID through which the Government adds 25 pence to every £1.00 you give.
If you would like to make a donation to Martha Trust, please click here and complete the accompanying form and certificate and send it with your cheque or completed standing order to:
Martha Trust Hereford Ltd,
Hampton Green,
Old Eign Hill
Hereford
HR1 1UB.
We claim the additional 25p from the taxman during each tax year.
Become a Volunteer Carer for a few hours a week
We are always interested in hearing from people who may be able to offer support or services, and we feel that you will find the experience very rewarding.
Help in our Charity Shop

Our charity shop in Commercial Road, Hereford deserves a special mention. It is run entirely on a voluntary basis to sell donated goods of all descriptions. Apart from minimal overheads, all the income goes directly into equipment for the home. It is a very successful enterprise and it was recently named one of the best charity shops in the country in a national Sunday newspaper article.
Special thanks go to our trustee Sue Smith who organises the shop, her loyal team of helpers and all those who kindly keep donating goods for sale. We always need volunteers to help in the shop however - from as little as 3 hours a week. There is nothing we can't sell and we are happy to collect.
Organise a fundraising event
If you are interested in organising a fund raising event we can offer assistance in providing sponsorship forms and other material.
