Current Positions
Nurses
Nurses care for the physical, psychological and spiritual needs of our residents. Regularly be in charge of a shift and will be expected to supervise and instruct care staff to ensure the safe and efficient running of the home. Nurses need a totally flexible approach and attitude to the challenges in all aspects of the post including upholding a positive image and reputation of Martha Trust at all times.
RGN level 1, RSCN qualified or RNLD level 1 is preferable. Good standard of written and oral English is required. Nurses with learning disability experience welcomed but not essential.

Volunteers
We are always interested in hearing from people who may be able to offer support or services, and we feel that you will find the experience very rewarding. For example we currently have volunteers for pet and music therapy.
