Sophie House Turns 14!
🎉 Sophie House is 14! 🎉
We started the day with our very own Harvest Festival 🍂🌾. Our residents and staff worked together to make fresh bread and prepare vegetables for a delicious homemade soup and bread lunch, followed by a beautiful apple crumble and custard. 🍎🥣
We then headed outside to place a stone under the tree and tie a ribbon to its branches, taking a moment to remember all the wonderful residents who have been part of Sophie House over the years. 💕🌳
We then came together to sing Happy Birthday to Sophie House and enjoyed a lovely piece of birthday cake! 🎂🎈
To finish the celebrations, we had lots of fun with some wheelchair dancing to harvest-themed music. 💃🕺🎶
What a wonderful day full of memories, laughter, teamwork and celebration. ❤️
Happy 14th Birthday, Sophie House! 🥳🎉
